Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) offers worldwide IT, technology & enterprise products, solutions and services. A new digital framework was required to merge legacy customer and partner portals into a comprehensive online sales and service experience for both large enterprise accounts and small businesses alike. As team lead, I was responsible for the service design deliverables which included stakeholder interviews, user journeys, UX and visual screens, and an interactive prototype.
