AT&T Opus

Retail Customer Service - Windows 8 Tablet App

AT&T Opus was the project name for a combination queue management system and point-of-sale device. The app was created to streamline in-store tech support and simplify transactions. The client wanted design, documentation and prototyping of their product on Windows 8 tablet. I was added to this project and finished the preliminary UX, as well as created and presented the visual design. It was an honor to help this well-known brand advance in the retail experience world.
